“I met Stephanie in a half marathon clinic. I learned that she was also a personal trainer. As I was looking for a personal trainer to help me build a stronger body to improve my running times and helps prevent injury, who better to train me then a personal trainer who understands a runner’s needs. Stephanie listened to what my needs were and what goals I wanted to accomplish. Based on my input Stephanie structured a program to help me achieve my needs and goals. During the workouts Stephanie explains the muscle groups being worked and what I should be feeling. Her enthusiasm, positive can do attitude and huge support has helped me to sculpt a stronger fitter body for running and also for biking. In the 3 months that Stephanie has been my trainer I have seen amazing changes in my physical structure and also my overall body strength has improved way beyond my expectations. Running up hills now are easier than before and my overall running speed and endurance has improved immensely. My leg strength for riding up hills has improved 10 fold. Hills I struggled riding up before are now so much easier. Stephanie mixes up the workout every week to keep it fresh and exciting. She helps take me to my limit and a step beyond so that I keep improving every week. The improvement I have seen in my body are way beyond my wildest expectations. She has helped transform my body into a stronger, fitter running machine. Having Stephanie as my personal trainer was absolutely the best thing I could have ever done for myself. My physical appearance and self-confidence has grown immensely. Regardless of how I do in my races I already feel like a winner thanks to Stephanie for helping me to be better than I was 3 months ago!”
