“Stephanie is an out-going and motivating trainer. She was able to help me achieve my goals on fitness and shed some pounds/body fat while always promoting a healthy, well rounded nutrition plan. I managed to drop 10 pounds and 5% body fat. That is, she always advised me to eat a balanced protein/carb/fat ratio meal as well as eating healthy snacks throughout the day. She always emphasized drinking litres of water throughout the process. Sometimes she was not the best at counting as I would often find out that she was having me “do more reps” than I thought I had done. I guess that is her way of increasing and pushing you to achieve more when things seem to be getting easier and familiar. Nice tactic Steph! I would highly recommend working with Stephanie if you want to learn and achieve your fitness level and well-being.”
